I had similar behavior when using an older OS (Win 98 and 95, I think). This was because the driver was relying on the printer capacity to print several copies, like laser printers. In that time, entry level ink jet printers and dot matrix printers could not print several copies and the copy spinner was disabled in the Print dialog. With MS Office, the number of copies was implemented internally and didn't rely on the printer driver system. We had to implement our own system within Foxpro to print several copies.

PS. When I try it now on an WinXP PC, the native driver for your printer shows the "copies" spinner enabled.
