hello everyone. I am trying to execute a script on a unix server by issuing an rexec command. I have seen 3 or 4 programs that use winsock to accomplish this, but I cannot get them to work. I can tell that I log in and out, but the script is not getting run. I don't receive any errors. Its as if nothing is getting sent to the server after the login. So anyway, I figured I would try to issue the rexec through dos.

I have tried this two different ways. Saving information to the clipboard and pasting it into dos and by using sendkeys. The problem here is, the dos window is not keeping focus. I need to send 3 different sets of data. First I send the rexec command. No problem. However, after the rexec command is issued, a password prompt will appear. From this point on, I cannot send anything else to the dos window. It seems like the window does not have focus, but before each paste or sendkey, I execute SetForegroundWindow (x). I have also tried SetActiveWindow (x). If I can get the password to go through, the only thing left is to exit. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone ran into the same problem? I appreciate the help. Thanks a bunch.
