>I'm rebuilding a '65 Chevrolet pickup, (short bed, stepside). I've sandblasted the frame and primed it. Next step is to convert the front drum brakes to disc, then start the bodywork on the cab, (I've got new bed components for it). It will have a 330hp 350ci engine for power. My goal is 18-24 months for completion.

It's an on-going project. I've not yet reached the skill level required to do an entire off frame restoration (and may never reach that skill level). Right now, its a driver, I've gotten it to the point I can tool around in it on weekends. Dropped a new crate engine (330hp, 350) in it last winter, finally finished that up in April. Painting will be the last thing I get around to on it. Too many mechanical things to take care of first. Replacing all the bushings in the front end in the next couple of weeks and then the rear spring and all the U-joints and then new rubber all the way around. If only money was no object...
Sounds like your pickup will be a blast when completed.
