I saw a similar peoblem with the TREEVIEW when I installed on another machine. The outline lines to link nodes were invisible, yet fine on the development machine. It seemed that the two machines were using two different version of the COMCTL32 in their registries. I noticed that VFP has a section for activex controls in the registry, I wonder if VFP loooks here within its development environment, a windows elsewhere when running the EXE? Also make sure you only have access to the COMCTL32 in windows/system in both cases!
