You can try a FREEware program called PrintKey by Alfred Bollinger that lets you capture entire screen or any part of it. You can save it to a BMP etc.
You can find it at - www.zdnet.com

For documentation I use the (as others have suggested) the Print Screen key to capture the screen then paste it into MS Word where you can size/crop and doc it.

If you need code that actually writes any part of the form to a 24 bit BMP - let me know. I'm just finishing a program that does that.
