I'm looking for a tool that we can use to print out code to help us do code reviews (eg. point it at a form or class and have it print a doc). Right now, we've got a simple reporting tool, but it's not really all that great (it doesn't drill into forms to print out code in button events/methods, etc.). What we'd like is something that will print class/method names, line numbers, in an easy to review form. Obviously we can do a lot of this manually, but that seems silly. I could also write something, but that's just as dumb if there is already some app available that can do this.
The real trick is to get it into something we can print. I've looked at PDM, which does a decent job creating HTML docs, but it's not particularly easy to get the results onto paper (and the "Tree Killer" option doesn't work all that great).
Any suggestions?
