Don't have a reference to where I read it, but I am pretty sure the Netware line will be relegated to maintenance mode soon. I am attending the Linux conference in NYC Jan 20, where the CEO of Novell is giving the keynote. Novell flavor of linux will incorporate Netware compatibility, and there will be a version of Groupwise on the Linux platform also.

As far as I've been told by Novell, Novell is ADDING Nterprise Linux Services to incorporate functionality between Netware and Linux but not ending Netware that I know of. That would be a huge surprise since Netware is still the only government C2 certified out-of-the-box network OS (2003 Server should be eventually since they changed the entire security schema to locked down by default instead of open by default like 2000 etc...).
