Chcek out www.microsoft.com and search on Visual Studio.

Essentially the benefit is that you get alot more products than just VFP in the studio. I have seen it said by MS that Visual Studio is warranted if you use two or more of the products in it. They say the price of VS is less than the price of two of the products separately.
