Heya Abhishek -
why not start your own user group there in Vadodara ?
Perhaps attach it to part of a larger computer group, or get in good with a local university there for meeting space.

If you truly have an interest, now would be the time for you to start it.
Once you have a large enough group - I'm sure you can start inviting speakers to come in to give presentations.

Or - you can take some presentation collections from the speaker groups and present them yourselves.

What are your thoughts ??
