I have a form with the vertical scrollbars enabled and if the user has a mouse wheel it will scroll the form down/up. I would like the user to be able to use the mouse wheel even if the mouse is over other objects on the form.

I see there is a Mousewheel event that will let me know if the mouse wheel has been moved up or down.

How do I use that information to make the form scroll?
