Whats your point? ReFox is one product and Konxise is another. ReFox cannot reverse Konxise'd exe. ReFox can get back source code from an exe/app that you have lost the code for, provided the exe is not protected. Konxise stops others from using ReFox on your app.

Niether is your source code. Should their product be free if yours is not? Personally and imo the price of Konxise is worth the protection I get from it. Its not full-proof but its better than nothing. It will stop all but VictorA :)
