What do you mean you can't change the pageorder? I just did it and it just plain worked. I've set the pageorder of page2 to 4, and Visual FoxPro (7 Service Pack 1) set page3.pageorder to 2, page4.pageorder to 3. Pretty much just the same as it does with columns in a grid when you change columnorder.

On pageframe, for pageorder X to Y setting by program, VFP apply a full shift reordering of all the pages with order on interval [X..Y].

But for Columns, VFP have a bug, and:

On grid, for columnorder X to Y setting by program, VFP apply only a swap reordering of the
columns with order X and Y. For Interactive reordering VFP apply the interval shift rule.
