MSDN Subscriptions last one year. If you let it expire, you won't receive any new versions or updates to any of the software included, which includes Visual FoxPro. You must renew your MSDN Subscriptions each year at the upgrade price to continue recieving latest copies of the software included.

AFAIK, MSDN Subscriptions upgrade price he is applicable only to still alive licences MSDN Subscriptions.

If a MSDN Subscriptions expires, a full price is needed.
