Probably no worse than some of the other products they support. I just got off the phone from India with their MS technical help (FrontPage 2002), and their advice was 100% wrong. If I had followed their advice, I would have spent a few hours rebuilding a web site, wherease the fix I came up with only took 1 minute.
In all fairness to MS, bad technical support is all to common among many products and many companies. Microsoft doesn't have a monopoly on bad support..... :)
Just my opinion.
