I just upgraded to Windows XP from Win 98.

The Windows Explorer search function doesn't work like it does in Win 98.

It doesn't search inside all the standard files (like FPT files) or some with my own extensions, despite the fact that I have "all files and folders" selected under advanced options.

Is there some switch that will have it look inside all files ?
