How is what I said/asked brutal? Bill started a thread that is premised in FUD. I simply alluded to asking him what his point/goal is based on what was a bad example. There was another response that hit the nail on the head; and that was the comment that MS support, regardless of product, is poor. Why? Because support questions are normally in the context of real work/real applications - and that is something support personal don't engage in. It is one thing to ask a question on how to perform a certain calculation in Excel. It is quite another thing to support a full-blown development environment.
What Bill asserts to be some thing new...is anything but...
