I have a narrow form 30 pixels, When I turn on the title bar with control box set to .F. and no title text, so that I can reposition this form on the desktop, the width will go to 106 pixels. I have the max and min width set to 30, if I turn off the title bar the width goes to 30 pixels, But I can not move the form.

Windows 2000 and XP VFP8.
