Ok, I'll add my finding. But one more question then. Don't you think that there should be at least some 'moderator' who checks the correctness of the updates of at least 'your' page? By this time the text has become kind of an official instruction, at least to some. I'm an example of someone who tends to use that text as the 'official' list of rules.
