Watched the landing on CNN the other night........... the coverage was of the JPL in California group....... they were mighty worried for about 10 minutes after the touchdown, but no acquistion of the tones (to signal a successful touchdown).......... the place erupted when the tones were confirmed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
