I do not have enough money to recruit Mr. James Bond or any from CIA to deal with those spies..

I've been monitoring all startup programs from my notebook through System Configuration Utility (there is a Win98SE system).. Ain't no new program been automatically started..

Please Nick, do you know any other way to kill those spies.. I don't have license to kill!
