Hi Leland,
I'm just teaching myself perl. I've been using it for a few months designing a web-site.
I'd probably still be interested in anything you could help me with. I don't check this every day, but usually at least once a week. Also, I'd be happy to help you anytime I can.
Do you know of a good reference site for perl? I've been using perldoc.com to learn, but they seem to assume that I already know C++, which I've never never taken the time to learn.
I've been considering installing perl on my desktop (Windows XP), but never taken the time to see what hassles would be involved. I don't know whether it would interfere with Windows and what I'd have to do to use it. Any help would be appreciated, maybe point me to a site that deals with installing on a windows pc.
