Hi Rick,
This behavior is entirely due to a bug in the TaskPane. If you don't use the TaskPane, you will get the expected behavior. Go to Tools/Options/File Locations and kill off the startup program, or substitute your own. The code for the TaskPane is in the Tools\XSource folder. I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.
