Really? Why is that? I have used INTL in several multi-lingual apps and it was very easy to use and totally painless. If I had to provide the same functionality by writing my own code, it probably would have taken months.

I am just curious about why someone would not invest in a tool that would save him hundreds of hours of work < s >.
