The Dashboard no longer appears by default for non PUTM members. Most of it was only related to PUTM options so we got many requests to remove it. There is a switch in the PUTM options that enables it.

The same is true for three additional switches in the account setup to decide or not to enable some buttons on the toolbar which was also applied at the same time.
