As a way to block users of Win95 from using Ctrl-Alt-Del keys, I believe that it is one of the policies that can be installed/enforced. If you've got the Win95 CD, i.e. Win95 wasn't prepakaged on PCs, you should be able to find Poledit in one of the tools directory, under admin I think. Just be careful. A friend of mine who's played around with it out of curiosity once locked himself out of the system completely. Nothing to do except reboot and hope he wouldn't repeat his "blunder" again :) You live you learn! :) So, you may want to read the docs and help files that come with it. For once, the long way may beat the easy way :)
