Tks for your help, now I am able to force the localization at startup with the -L flag ( ex : -LC:\Myapp\Vfp8rdeu.dll )
I seems the language Id of the exe count for nothing in the dll choice.
But did you know wich regional setting on XP (or VFP ) force the use of a french runtime. I am only use a french regional option ( keyboard, date .. ) on a english XP box and previously the language Id of the exe was empty.
