Dave,

I can't disagree with your experiences, after all, they are yours :)

All kidding aside, the only true VFP developers I "know" and am aware of, are those in my company department (3) and those that I see on this board and other forums. Obviously this does not mean that there aren't any more here in Ontario and I have no way to measure the trends regarding VFPs popularity here.

Looking at the job ads has never been much of an indicator to me...there has never been much advertized demand in this region from the time I got involved with FoxPro back in the late 80s. Today, VFP7 and 8 continue to be our prefered application development tool and I don't see that changing in the near future. VFP, as it is currently, gets the job done nicely.

Looking forward to Europa (and beyond?)

Regards,

Mike
