Depends on how you look at it < s >. Ever hear the saying "time is money"? If something has to be done twice, it takes twice as long. If the app is not able to function correctly in a timely fashion, this could cost a company quite a bit, depending on what the application does < s >.

What I had meant was that labour is cheap here so more outsourcing is being done, just my 2 cents, oops paises (0.02 / 46) <g>

I agree with you that labor there is cheaper than it has been here. However, I have heard that one effect of this has been to drive rates down in the U.S. while, at the same time, hourly rates are rising in India. So, because of the cultural differences, it may still effectively be "cheaper" not to outsource.
