Type the title of this thread into Google, and count the dentists who publish their prices. You will find all sorts of HMOs there, and a bunch of dentists with their prices - but none of the dentist is in USA.

Is there a federal law here which forbids the dentists to publish their prices on the web? Or did we just have a "I'm feeling unlucky" day on Google?
