>Well, here in Argentina the amount could be the same, but in Pesos (third part). This is about 10 months of a decent developer sallary (1,500 ~ 2,000 pesos a month).
Wow (Rs.3000-5000 I guess for a developer here) but then just seeing figure don't really mean much, like Rs.10 or 20/- really has not much purchasing power, a loaf of bread, butter will cost extra or ahve it with tea <g>.
>Well, following the above figure, purchasing the INTL Toolkit would mean a whole month of sallary. Not easy to decide, but once you consider it would take many months to get to 10% of the functionality...
True but then time is still cheaper here <g> and I still have to develop the app so I guess the strings can be managed there and then. Framework strings I can differ.
>I hope you win the prospect!!
Thanks a lot, I hope so too, should get me out of the multiuser-apps rut and I can announce, hey require a web-app with a fat client tell me <g>.
