I'm sorry on that, but as microsoft states : "Bookmarks are related to the editor window rather than to content"
See help "Creating Bookmarks and Task List Shortcuts".

This means Bookmarks and Tasklist are useless in editor window. I once put some hope in it but after losing the 10th line I stop using it.

Since they argue that is a feature I do not see any fix.
Ah, it works for breakpoints as well ...

This is because the mark is stored outside the sourcecode and MS is unable to trace the editor for changes. Ha!
