Hi Bob,

I received a raise a few months ago. Can't remember the percentage but it was relatively decent for here....3%, I think.

I'm the primary programmer/firefighter/solution wizard for a company of about 200 employees, 100 to 150 computers and a some sales. :) I'm getting ready to purchase 5 copies of Visual Foxpro 8, deploy a Win2k3 box and upgrade from Netware 4.10 (it's probably time) to Netware 6.5. I have about 6 to 12 VFP projects lined up for the next 2 years and probably more that I don't know about yet that will hit in the same time frame.

Out of curiousity, what IP phone system do you use and what kind of results are you getting so far?
