One report that I converted had all of the Constant Band Height and Float and Strech stuff disabled and I could not figure out why. It was not in my conversion, it was from when I originally created the report. I obviously started with a report that was a multi column left to right report and somewhere along the way I changed it to a single column report without first changing it back to a top to bottom.
