Great place to raise kids. My increase last year was not as good as yours but I have a very good salary for the area. We were able to do an Africa trip on it a couple of years ago. However.... We are now doing about 50/50 development between VFP & DotNET. It used to be 95% in VFP. In the near future it will remain 50/50, but farther down the road it will "probably" go more into dotNet.
