I figured this one out. I found a post that referred to Firewall or web monitoring software like mine; Norton Internet Security. I guess my wife decided to block an item referring to the Internet Information Server on my machine.

It's not nice when your Internet Security is sooo tight as to block you out of your own work! I guess that is one way she can get me to play with the kids instead of working on the computer.
