That is a long story but I think it can be best summed up by Nate's response :)
I was an exchange student for 1 year in HS and 6 months during my master degree here in Wisconsin. I also spent all my summers here in Wisconsin after my initial year as an exchange student. I made my final desicion to move here after meeting a girl from Wisconsin. That girl is now my wife and we have two kids.
Belive it or not it is acctually colder here in Wisconsin during the winter months than were I am from in Norway (Northern Norway), but it is a lot warmer here in Wisconsin during the spring, summer and fall.
