Greetings!
I am posting this message for a collegue, and may not have all of the details that I would like to. I am, however, hoping that someone recognizes this problem and can help provide a starting point for a solution, if one exists.
The problem has to do with the huge (e.g., 500 K) filesize of PDFs files that are the result of merging multiple (individual) PDFs into one combined PDF file. From what I've been told, this is due to the "header" information that is in each PDF, so this "overhead" really adds up and makes the combined PDF huge.
Does this problem sound familiar to anyone? If so, is there a way to combine multiple PDFs into one PDFs (so you can, for example, print out all related reports in one print job) without creating a huge storage problem?
Thanks!
