How do I include the libraray (ComCtl32.ocx) in a distributed app that uses the TreeView control? The help file says to 'include the ocx file in the project' to have it included in the setup... didn't work. The file was not in the setup.

I also tried placing the file in the root directory with the .exe file. In this case, it _was_ included in the setup but I got errors trying to run setup (Invalid Object #14).

Any ideas?
