Using VFP 6.0, an application uses the Set Printer To command to direct printer output to WinFax, pdf printer driver, etc. It has been working perfectly for over a year with Windows 2000 machines.

Now, a new computer has been installed using Windows XP. On this machine, we get the error 1957, Error Accessing Printer Spooler and also error 1958, Error Loading Printer Driver when this command is issued.

The techician installing this computer swears that there are no settings he can change which will eliminate the error.

Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated since customer is getting anxious.
