Hello Everyone,
I'm working with an application that currently uses .hlp files. I've been given some updates files with the same name but with a .chm extension (and the corrsesponding .hh files).
These work fine on my development machine but not my test machine or other people's machines. There's no error displayed when F1 or Help on the form is pressed but I do know the .chm is the current help file as when I rename the file I do get an error.
The files do work when double-clicked on in Windows Explorer but the application will use them correctly if I run the foxhhelp8.exe file in a command prompt prior to running the application which at least proves the number links are correct.
Is there anything else I should have on the test machine to allow the .chm files to work correctly? The \Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP folder does contain the foxhelpps8.dll amongst others.
Help!
Cheers
