Have you tried calling Section.DeleteObject followed by Section.ImportSubreport (not the AddSubReportObject method)? According to the docs, that method allows you to specify the path of the report you wish to bring in. Then, once it's added you can mess around with the subreport's width and formatting etc.Thanks for the suggestion, Jon. Section.DeleteObject method requires the designer license, so if the user just wants to VIEW the report and doesn't want to pay Crystal $199 for the priviledge, we're stymied right from the get go.
