AFAIK, image control does not allow it. You need to open the tif file in the host application like MS Photo Editor.

Is it possible to give the user some sliders(scrollers) to move up and down to see different portions of the image or something similar. If I show them the whole image on the form, it becomes unreadable and small. Stretch property of 0 clips the image, 1 and 2 are also not helping much.
