When I print the report from the workstation for which ACCOUNTS is a local printer, it simply ejects 2 pages. If printed from another workstations, it prints fine.

First, yet it may make little difference, it [just] seems more logical, to name the printer before it is set on.
SET PRINTER TO NAME “ACCOUNTS”
SET PRINTER ON
One difference between Novell and NT networks used to be a QUEUED, rather than a SPOOLED printer should be used.

Does your app use GETPRINTER() to assign the printer name?
set printer to name GETPRINTER()?

Have you checked for file named "ACCOUNTS.PRN"?
