I've checked and ensured that the line is not busy. Both PCs are in the same room with 2 direct phone lines pulled to each PC.
Its happened not once but a couple of times in various PCs all on XP Home Edition.
Win98, Win2k no problems.
Anywhere I can read any documentation on where to change the setting?
