I don't know about an OCX, but Visio Pro (from Visio) has a built-in wizard that does this. It pulls it from a bunch of different data sources. The nice thing is that Visio is programmable through Visual Basic code, so you should be able to control it from FoxPro. It might be overkill for your needs, though. Hmm..If I remember right, I (think) Excel came with a Organizational chart somewhere on the CD. I don't remember where thought...
