It is correct, but :
- for me, it is a big job ( time and language they are insufficient )
- MS officially ignore it
- very rarely a member of the VFPT confirmation or it refutes a bug
- nearly never a member of the VFPT explains why a particular operation,
not immediately logical, is right and it is not a bug or a bad programming.
- Never, a member of the VFPT accept a council.
