Perhaps someone can help me. I am at the client site right now. Here is the deal.

If a person is accessing a regular VFP table found on the server, it is speedy. However, if workstation 2 and on opens the table, it is a little slow - not major, but enough for them to complain. At first I thought the problem was in my code, but I wrote a different routine to access the data after workstation one is logged in, and I experience the minor slowdown.

All this is happening within a incremental search Grid (I am using CodeMine which has this ability built in, but here at the site I wrote a routine using InGrid and have experienced the exact same slow behavior within this incremental search).

I have already make sure the obviouse things are not a problem (such as Virus software, bad cables, etc., etc.).

Any help would be appreciated - as I am only going to be at this site a few hours longer.
