I agree - but I think somehow it should cost Micro$oft a lot more than just ten grand. I'm not saying the kid should get it, but it should be costing them more like 10 million dollars. It needs to cost M$ enough that they will think twice about trying taking advantage of a kid and using high-powered lawyers to trick an inocent kid into loosing his domain name.
