Well of course he did it intentionally - but what kind of idiot is going to confuse "mikerowesoft" with "microsoft"??? I say "innocent" because his name IS, after all, Mike Rowe. I don't see how a phonetically similar domain that is spelled so differently and would be void of any type of confusion with the other would suddenly exclude this kid from the "innocent" category. Perhaps a better way to look at the kid (and what he did) would be "harmless".
