Peter,
it's simple. On installshield, go to the place where the VFP mergemodules where included. This is called "Mergemodules" or the like. I can not give you the real name since I run a german version.
On that window check the gdi+ mergemodul. Now gdi+ is included and the installer will do anything left for you.
